TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participation

All participating children must be registered prior to the event by a parent/guardian.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Each wave includes one lap of the course.

Additional laps may be permitted at the discretion of event organisers.

 

Health & Safety

Colour powder used is non-toxic and event-safe.

Avoid inhaling powder and contact with eyes.

Protective eyewear is strongly recommended.

Closed-toe shoes must be worn.

Water slide must be used on knees only, one participant at a time, under supervision.

Follow all instructions from volunteers and event marshals.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity area.

 

Medical Considerations

Participants with asthma, respiratory conditions, severe allergies or medical concerns should consider suitability before participating.

First aid support will be available onsite.

 

Clothing & Property

Colour powder may stain clothing, accessories and footwear.

WPPS and the P&C are not responsible for damage to personal property.

 

Photography

Photos and videos may be taken for school and P&C promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your child to appear in photography, please notify organisers in writing prior to the event.

 

Behaviour

This is a family-friendly event.

Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event area.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on school grounds.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted on school grounds.
