West Pymble Public School P&C Twilight Christmas Market

We're excited to welcome Expressions of Interest from stallholders for the 2026 West Pymble Public School Twilight Market.
Following a fantastic event in 2025 that attracted more than 1,200 visitors, we’re planning another warm and vibrant community event filled with festive spirit, market stalls, handmade goods, gifts, food vendors, family entertainment, children’s activities, and performances from local school bands and musicians.
We are seeking applications from local makers, artisans, retailers, community groups, kids entertainment providers and food vendors who would like to showcase their products or services to our school families and the wider West Pymble community as part of this much-loved local event.
Stallholder Fees
- Standard Stallholders: $80
- Food Vendors: $100
Stallholders will be asked to contribute something to the Twilight Market Raffle.
Important Information
- Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee a stall allocation.
- Applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse mix of stalls and products.
- Successful applicants will be contacted during August 2026 to finalise their participation.
- Preference may be given to unique products and services not already represented at the market.
Insurance Requirements
All stallholders, including food vendors, must hold current Public Liability Insurance and will be required to provide a valid Certificate of Currency prior to the event. Failure to provide suitable insurance documentation may result in the stall allocation being withdrawn.

Please be cautious of scam messages, social media comments or payment requests from any other source. We will never request payment through personal email accounts, Facebook Messenger or unofficial channels. All payments will be made via the wppspnc.com.au website or directly into the P&C bank account.
