WAVES AND AGE GROUPINGS
Participants will move through the course in staggered waves to help keep the course safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Each wave will complete a full lap of the Colour Fest course.
Wave groupings and the number of waves will be determined by the organisers based on registration numbers, age groups, inclusivity needs and safety considerations.
We aim to make the event welcoming and inclusive for all participants. Our course is designed so everyone can take part. If a participant would benefit from supported or modified participation, please purchase the appropriate age group ticket for the participant and select a free Supporter ticket for the person accompanying the child.
The first wave will begin at 3:50pm.
Where time and safety allow, participants may have the opportunity to complete an optional second lap.

Registered names will be checked against the event list on arrival. You will not receive a formal ticket.

BBQ & DRINKS
Sausage sandwiches (including a vegetarian option) and juice poppers can be added to your registration and prepaid. Pre-ordering is the best way to make sure your child and family can enjoy a sausage sizzle on the day. If you don’t pre-order, we can’t guarantee there will be enough available at the event.
Water, soft drinks and juice will also be available for purchase on the day. A limited number of sausage sandwiches will be available for sale at the event, however we strongly recommend pre-ordering.
The BBQ will be run by the Year 6 parent committee, who will also be selling Easter raffle tickets on the day to support their fundraising.
CLOTHING
We recommend wearing white clothing to get the best effect from the colour powder — it shows up brilliantly and makes for great photos.
Please note that the powder may stain clothing, so avoid wearing anything you want to keep clean. Protective eyewear such as sunglasses or goggles is strongly recommended.
You can purchase white T-shirts and sunglasses with your tickets, or simply bring your own on the day.
SUPERVISION
This is a family event.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
This is not a drop-off event.
